Privacy Policy - What we collect

We collect the personal and health information you provide: your name, date of birth, contact details, and any clinical or treatment information relevant to your dental care.

We only collect what we need to provide your care, manage your records, and arrange the safe transfer of your care to another practitioner where required.

Privacy Policy - What we do with your data

Your information is used to deliver and coordinate your dental care, to contact you, and to transfer your records to a treating practitioner with your consent.

We hold it securely and treat it as confidential.

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

We disclose it only with your consent, or where the law requires or permits it, and we retain health records for the period required under New Zealand health and dental regulations.
